  This bank is not customer friendly. They care more about themselves than any customer. They are rude, dismissive, and inconsiderate to your face. Move your business elsewhere! If you are rich or wealthy, this information does not apply to you. They like you, and will smile until you leave.

  They will have 3-5 people behind the counter and only one person helping customers. I understand they have other duties, but customers standing in line should be a priority

  Had came there at 4pm and waited 30min in their drive thru. Literally closed up when I was finally at the front. And they knew they had a whole line waiting. Their literally the slowest bank in Batesville.

  Your ATM is always broke update it or get a new one and please for the love of your customers put another location in this town somewhere

  If I could rate more stars I would and I can't recommend this branch enough I opened my account and the staff was very helpful they stayed past there shift for closing to make sure I understood everything and got the best out of my account. Thank you Teneil and Ruby!
