  Terrible customer service. Waited in line after going to another branch at which the computers were offline. Wait in line for about 10 minutes. When the teller is done with the previous customer she didn’t even greet me or anything. Walked up to the counter and asked about a western union, and she immediately cut me off saying “we don’t do that here anymore. They sent out an email about 2 weeks ago and we can’t do that here.” Which is completely fine. But I just left another Regions Branch that told me to come to this location because their computers weren’t online. I wouldn’t have a problem with the fact that they aren’t able to do it. But the customer service and the attitude of the lady was a complete shock to me! She seemed aggravated I even asked her. And didn’t offer any help or anything! Just stared at me rudely saying “yea we don’t do that here.” No “have a nice day” “sorry” NOTHING! Just aggravated at the fact that I didn’t know they don’t do western unions here! I bank with Regions! It’s definitely disappointing the customer service was that bad here.

  I transferred to this branch from a previous Region's branch about 13 years ago when I moved to this area in West Mobile. Though the people at my former branch location was very kind and efficient after being there for 26 years I found this branch to be exceedingly efficient with a positive atmosphere of calm with great temperature control inside at all times! The Tellers are always pleasant and ready, willing and able to help with a smile! Sometimes I have felt as though they treat me as if I have millions of dollars at their bank or even that of all their customers I am their most important and richest one! I'm sure others have this same opinion as I because I have seen the cordiality in action with others! The building and grounds is always clean and well kept with a constant seasonal manicure of lawn and plants appropriate for the time of year! My sons and daughters also bank with other Regions branches and share my sentiment of opinion! Maybe one day I will be their riches customer regarding finances but I am already their richest one with receipt of hospitality! GREAT JOB REGIONS! Region's also offers an amazing lineup of available banking services and information needs! Just for a point to make you smile while reading, I have outlived 2 previous spouses and am now on my third husband added to the account! My Checks numbered listed to my account is in the double number of thousands!! Thank GOD for the invention of ATM cards and services.

  I mainly use the ATM honestly, but when I do need assistance from inside of a bank, I go to this one. Everyone there has always been nothing but nice.
