Jack Mobb1Sunday morning I went to the Regions location on hwy 305 across from Dodges Gas station. I was going to deposit several thousand of dollars since I missed the bank Friday. In a nut shell I fed the machine $4300.00 The machine took my money. ATM said on the screen that it would retain my money. I fed the ATM five to seven large Hundred dollar bills at a time. It didn’t give me a receipt or anything, which made me very nervous. I immediately called the 1800 regions support line. The rep on the phone was pleasant and assured me that although the ATM did not leave a receipt my money would be recovered and that my claim is valid. She also stated that I can go back to the local branch on Monday to further expedite my claim. I did just that. I enter in the bank where I see a three two customers ahead of me and one Banker assisting us. Three other bankers were laughing candidly in another small office when I felt they could have help speed the wait time up instead of allowing one banker to assist with the awaiting customers. I waited for almost an hour before I was seen by the initial banker. I finally get in the seat to be assisted . I explain to her about the ATM. I show her the claim information from my email. She tells me off top that my claim is created and I will have to wait 7-10 business days. They don’t service their own ATM’s and the rep on the phone told me false information on coming over to the back to the local bank to expedite the process. I’ve banked with Regions for over 12 years. I’ve been a member when it was Amsouth to be exact and that is the best you can tell me. The banker goes to speak to management in all to come and tell me the same speech as before. I’m like you mean to tell me I have to wait 2 weeks for my $4300 that your raggedy ATM swallowed. An ATM that is always up/down from functioning let the reviews tell it. Banker then tells me I should have put a deposit in during open hours on Saturday morning. I told her if I want to come on a Sunday. I should be able to come on Sunday. How you going to tell the customer what day they need to come in. What is the reason of having a Deposit feature and I have to come in the bank. That is the dumbest thing I ever heard . Banker also says I shouldn’t put large amounts in like that. I’m like you tell me that after the fact. This banker name starts with a K. Black female 25-35. She has horrible customer service. Her manager she spoke with as well. You have several customers waiting to be seen by the banker and management is in back office running they mouth when they can be helping the banker get the customers in and out. Olive Branch Regions is trash. Worst experience ever.

ARTEMIS GRAHAM1-5000 stars. If you want customer service, do not go to the OB Regions in person. I had the misfortune of speaking with 2 unbelievably rude management level staff this morning. Basically I was charged an overdraft fee when I was not overdrawn and trying to get the fee refunded in person was the wrong thing to do. I was not a Karen to anyone and I did not make a scene of any kind. The first lady was incredibly condescending and never even looked up my account- she thought explaining how money works to me was more helpful than hearing my concerns. The second woman (blondish hair/ blue dress and tan boots/1st woman's supervisor) was stone cold, did not validate any of my concerns, and said she was fine with me closing all 3 accounts at regions rather than refunding a $36 unjust fee. I've been a customer since 2008. PS- I called the 1-800 # at Regions and was refunded the fee within 5 minutes.

Willie Burks3I love all olive branch region tellers, but I think as being a top scale bank in a great town, we need an upgrade with regions atm machines. I personally do not like going through the drive thru line. I’d rather use the atm. I’ve experienced trying to deposit 500$ and 380$ only showed up. I also experienced being at the same atm when a lady withdrew money and the money got stuck inside the slot where it comes out at. The other machine just works whenever it feels like it. Lol. The machines are defected. Leaving me no choice to go to either Memphis or Southaven. C’mon OB, we are better than this. Let’s upgrade these machines. #RegionsFamily

Lindsay Davis2The drive-through lane at this location is much, much slower than any other bank's drive-through that I've experienced. I had one vehicle in front of me, and had to wait over twenty-five minutes to make a single deposit.

Shundra Brown1Went to this location to make a deposit and the lobby was closed. On the door it clearly states that the lobby closes at 4:30. I was there at 3:55. So I then had to use the drive thru, where the lines were super long. I need to make adjustments to my financial focus. I will be closing my account here. I can never get the service I’m in need of.

Deborah Wilbanks2Tried calling to make an appointment to refinance our house since we received a letter from them that we may be able to get a better percentage and no one answers. I tried calling 5 times. Guess they don’t want our business and we will go looking elsewhere and take our mortgage with us.

Aquila Thomas2ATM's are always down. Have waited in line for for 20 minutes for an ATM for a security guard to start with me to say they are about to do maintenance and turned me away along with everyone behind me waiting. Have opened accounts and they were done incorrectly. Made appointments and have had to wait and watch people with later appointment times go before me. HOWEVER... once you finally get someone, they always seem courteous. They are no longer suitable for me and my business needs, I'm afraid I will likely have to find another bank.

Brayden Holley1The ATMs at this Regions are constantly down. I’ve been to 3 different banks: one for my personal, one for my wife of 3 months, and one for my work. My work bank is Regions, and it’s the only bank that doesn’t have ATMs up. ATMs are extremely beneficial for any bank, but they always have a problem. My account also gets a monthly fee taken out every month. The bankers will not tell me why. I was told the fees would stop if I had “X” amount in the account, but that was false. Very bad bank in my opinion, and if it wasn’t for my work, I would switch banks.

Lynne McLawhorn1DO NOT TRUST THE ATM!!! This afternoon I was attempting to load $100 in 5 20s. The machine decided to reboot after I inserted the second 20. The machine kept my card and as of now my account has not been credited with the $40 I had already inserted. The person at the desk was rude and very unhelpful. I stood at the ATM for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out to assist. No one did. This person at the desk was aware of the ISS because another customer had told her. She offered no solutions except to say I’d be sent another card and I would be credited with the $40 at some point. This is absolutely unbelievable. Regardless of how this turns out I intend to file a complaint with the Federal Reserve.

joseph shleweet1Waited 30 min on line to do my deposits for my dental office. / then she would tell me sorry go wait on next window. I don’t do multi transaction.... next window I wait 10 extra min. She is talking to customers more than she is doing work. So I left as I was late for work. Oh they just started charging monthly fee for business account ( extra transactions or something ).
