  The atm at this location took over a hundred dollars from me when i put my card in and went to deposit the money in it took my money and my card and the system shut down in the middle of my deposit. That money was to be used to pay for my car payment. This has happened more then once this year to me and im not happy whatsoever when i get my settlement check from my attorney from when i was in a wreck i will be taking my banking to pnc bank. My brother inlaw and his wife banks at pnc bank and ive took her to the atm to deposit money and her card or money dont get taken

  The Tellers were wonderful and understanding. I am in town from Arkansas for work. Now my hometown Regions bank and thier employees are familiar with me and my employer. However, being from 3 states away these guys were not. I ran into some difficulties beyond my control, and I can tell you Mrs. Althea Shaw was as understanding as the people from my home bank. She actually helped me out of my difficulties and even went a step farther by explaining Regions policy and providing me with the tools to correct things. Even helped me with a advised me about a questionable draft from my account that didn't help my situation either. Actually it overdrafted my account. It's always alittle scary when your away from home so I do, I commend the customer service of the people at the Lithia springs branch.

  I love this branch, but today not even drive through is open. Most info online is wrong. Can't contact branch directly. Trying to get answers from main number like getting a root canal. Closed permanently? Who knows. Update: Notice on door says this branch is TEMPORARILY CLOSED. No idea how long.

  This is my hometown regions. They are really helpful here and usually I'm in and out quick if it's the drive through or inside or at the ATM. The regions employee who dealt with me when I had to despute fraudulent charges was great and super helpful and made my process smooth and painless

  This Bank is very slow. Not enough employees. Very nice folks.

  ATM hours are 6am to 8pm
