Van Zan “Sigurðr” Siegfried1A terrible bank with worse staff. The manager was disrespectful towards myself and staff acted with discrimination to me. Stole funds I did not owe them. Locked my account. Refused to refund me over one thousand dollars and cut me off from being able to walk in the bank, pay my loan or have any assist. I moved to a new much more friendly bank. Regions is dishonest, rude and will destroy your account and not be honest with money that is legally yours. I was never given a cent of what I had after my account were closed. They seized all my money when I owe them not a cent. Avoid this branch. They are discriminatory and rude to law enforcement as well to boot.

Amy Ellison5I recently opened up a new account with Regions Bank. It is in a great location, and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of from the street. The man who helped me was incredibly nice and helpful. He showed me the app on his phone and helped me download it to mine, get signed in, set up my profile and secure my account with a good password and security questions. .Now it's so easy to open the app and check my balance. Also, I can deposit checks through the app. It's going to be so easy to deposit my checks. I received my debit card fairly quickly and had no problems activating it. Since then, I have been in a couple of times to make deposits, and everyone is so nice and helpful. One lady gave me the code to get into the restroom, and I was very happy not to have to wait until I got home. I haven't had to wait in any long lines or anything. Everyone is very nice and very professional. I plan on being at Regions for a very long time.

Richie Garcia2ATM is defective. Took my money around November and took some time to dispute even though it’s all on camera and money should be counted. Service is friendly but they try to get me to use ATM for deposits. Today went to use ATM-deposit 1st try- spit my money back out( items not accepted) 2nd try- accepted some bills and spit some out. Pressed confirm either way... spits all money back out and card. 3rd try? No way. Took my money and ran. That’s how it ate my money last time. Maybe it’s on purpose and it’s set up to steal people’s money if they don’t count it before deposit like I used to. Be careful. Been carrying cash trying to deposit at this branch for 3 days now with no success. I drive a truck and won’t fit though drive in

Zac Cooper1This is the worst bank that I have ever banked with. They constantly do overdraft fees at random even if you have money in your account. I also tried to stop a check that I had in a mail and they wanted to charge me a fee! This bank is ridiculous with poor customer service and I would not recommend it to anyone.

thomaswolfgang811Awful bank and they don't care. Let your money get stolen,don't listen to customers request. Refuse to follow a power of attorney. Need to be shut down and prosecuted. This bank is a bank of criminals.

SMLS LLC1I swear!!!! It is always something when I have to do my payroll! Make a cash deposit! Use Bill Pay something! The ATM is always down! OMG!!! I'm seriously OVER this bank! I chose them thinking they were the grandfather bank so they should be well established when it comes to smooth banking! Hah!
