Jake Vandenberg1Only took 9 days with this bank to understand they don’t care about you , you have no control over your own money , and it’s a giant waste of time. The ladies who work there are very kind however the man there is very rude and very disrespectful and should lose his job besides that this bank is trash . Go to chase to BOA .

i,m Bell Palsy1The manager and the teller named Adriana are terrifically unethical. They are a lack of respect. They should keep in mind that we are the clients that make it possible for them to have that job. Never again in my life will I go back to a Region Bank. They are the worst and lowest people I have ever met. Do not go to that bank if you do not want to be humiliated and treated badly.

Tae Kwando1I deposited a check yesterday for $2,838.83 received a letter at the time of deposit from the teller stating that 200 dollars would be made available today the 16th and that the balance would be made available on the 17th, This check came from Chase bank. I deposited at your Dania Beach branch on Sheridan street.. The letter stating when the funds would be available was signed by Adriana Gonzalez and now since the funds have not been made available I call the bank and am being told that there is an indefinate hold on my account and the words , "fraud" keep coming up. I was told the funds would be made available on the 23rd of April and now it's the 24th. I am telling anyone with an ear. Do not open an account with this bank. I am really unsure if I will receive the funds that I deposited into this bank. The assistant manager ralph Chemali is lower than pond scum and operates that bank like it's his own personal fiefdom, he is loathsome and thinks he can operate outside the law and not have to adhere to the expedited funds availability act which states quite clearly that for checks under $5,000 $200 must be made available on the first business day after the first business day following deposit, $600 second business day following deposit, remainder third business day. no, he can wave his meaty claw and cite , 'fraud" and hold your money hoping that you have payments coming through your account so you're assessed overdraft fees. all he did while i spoke with him was laugh and giggle like a demented toddler just happy to ruin yet another customer's day by messing with their finances. regions bank had to pay 7.5 million in fines for over draft abuse and they are still at it. Soon as my money clears i am closing that account. The WORST!
