Elliott Lewis1Employee #1 sent the homeowners insurance payment to the wrong company two years in a row which snowballed into a plethora of other issues. "Award winning" employee #2 completely ghosted me when I tried refinancing so I went to the Washington office and had an even worse experience. When it was all said and done it took about 10 months to buy the property. Regions didn't send the seller any closing documents or even file the correct paperwork with the VA so the previous owner was nearly denied for their new house. This company is ate up from top to bottom and if it isn't spelled out word for word in "Banking for Dummies" they cannot handle it. For the love of god and all that is holy, do not bother with this company if you can help it. You would waste less time getting a finance degree and starting your own brokerage.

Kristen Hulsey1I wouldn' t recommend this location AT ALL. I have never had an issue with regions before this. I made an appointment at 11:30 earlier this week (11/17/21 or so). I arrived at 11:25 and nobody spoke to me at all while I was waiting for my appointment. Someone came in after me and they took her before me. I was waiting there for 30 minutes. They even started locking the doors before I could talk to someone or before someone even spoke to me to ask if I had an appointment. When the lady finally spoke to me, she literally talked to me for 30 seconds and told me she couldn't give me any information or help me, and she would have someone called me. My whole appointment was regarding refinancing a loan, which keep in mind they make all capital on all interest payments made.. literally thousands. They could have spared me 30 mins of waiting if they would have contacted me when I walked in. Instead I felt like I was completely ignored by all staff. What a horrible experience, I will not be back and will most likely be taking my loans out with your competitor.

ShiMika Camp1If I could NOT give any stars,, that is what it will be 0 for stars of banking customer service. This branch has played with my money and that's something no one or nothing should play with. NOAH, the asst. manager spoke with me as if I SHOULDN'T be escalated due to the branch is holding a government check and has a fraudulent hold on my acct. This supposed to been resolved early last week 10/4-10/8, as the manager CHAD and an unknown agent made me aware that my check was on the treasury and would be cleared in approximately 72 hours. I had to call around on 10/12 to CS to find out that NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. So I called the Athens at 11:30AM today, 10/13 and the manager CHAD was already gone to lunch and they open at 9AM. The agent ALLEY, the new agent wished to play the blame game saying the agent I spoke with wasn't available, etc.. and say since she didn't talk to me last week she couldn't assist. I was confused by if I was talking to a BANK that has access to my accounts... I had to make ALLEY populate my information so it was recorded that I've called a 5th time regarding my cleared check that HAS NOT BEEN deposited into my account. Then after going on and on about how I no longer trust this Athens branch, ALLEY decides to let me speak with NOAH... NOAH,, looked into their system to confirm that the agent I spoke with last week DID NOT DO HER JOB... didn't even note my acct. As she promised. I don't have her name but CHAD AND NOAH does. I advised NOAH to give their agent more coaching and assessments on how to be a teller/banker... you dealing with people MONEY.. No time for errors or mistakes or forgets. If the agent feels that way CHANGE YOUR SETTINGS,, GET ANOTHER POSITION. I'm waiting for the manager CHAD to call me back.. I'll update on how that go....

Jacob LeMoine1I've had an account with them for maybe 5 months and through that small time frame I've have had multiple problems. Previously they said that I deposited my check too late on Friday and that is the reason for a hold. So I followed their directions this time, deposit my check before their "cut off" time and they still put a two day "security" hold on my money. Not one of their employees(customer service, service manager, nor branch manager) could tell me why there is a hold on my check nor could they help me remove it. I was told that there isn't anything they can do or anyone they could get me in contact with that could remove the hold. The day my funds come through, will be my last day as a regions customer. Hopefully this helps y'all not make the same mistake I did by trusting them with your money as they are untrustworthy and will tell you one thing, then do another.

Derrick Bozeman1Hate to even give them 1 star. What a great bank but a horrible branch. The turnover of employees is astonishing and i can understand why. Inconsiderate... Rude... And forget that people are customers!, 110% go to Atlanta Hwy where bankers dont sit around and do nothing!
