Went to atm and as soon as I put my card in, the machine froze up and then shut down with my card inside. After 5mins I called inside and they said to reorder a new one. Tried speaking to manager but no help whatsoever and now I'm out of a debit card for 7-10 business days. Useless bank, saw other reviews saying their atm had problems. Wish I'd known before.

Went to retrieve money from my account and was told my face didn't match my ID. Was then told I couldn't retrieve my own money. The teller then threw my ID and my debit card back at me. She had no trouble giving money from the account to my American girlfriend who's also on the account, but as a Hispanic I guess we change a lot in the span of about a year. Rude tellers is an understament.

      Response from the owner

Since I opened my accounts in 1993 Regions Bank has provided great service. No matter which bank I go to or what my interests or concerns might be, I have always been well treated with respect and attention. Everyone at the banks have been the best, all the time.

I had a fraudulent transactions on my account. The alert system did not catch it. On top of the over 5k that was gotten, Regions charged almost 500 more in bank fees. It took a long time to get this worked out. The bank manager never returned my phone calls. The assistant manager was rude. The bank employee at the desk was distracted the whole time I was talking to here looking around and gesturing to other employees. I asked for the bank managers district manager, i.e. his bosses name and contact information. I was told I could not have it. It was not a matter of public record and I could not have it. This has been the worst experience with a bank ever.

Rude and unprofessional tellers. At least the one I had. She acted like I was a burden to her for having to deal with me on a payoff I was making. Uneducated answers and when I finally get to a person of knowledge it was same old bland attitude.
