      I was treated in this bank in particular.. as if I was asking for money that is not mine.. my experience here was very disappointing.. with thin-bodied crumbs wearing eyeglasses.. she was nervously saying a few words in Spanish.. I like the region bank.. but this bank is the closest To my house.. they treat customers like dogs. And i ask for the manager . And she called someone like here i mean the same position. That is why I will withdraw my money and close this account immediately

      I been a loyal customer for quite sometime , the atm machine is always out of order. literally like 4 days out the week . It’s ridiculous .

      Horrible experience. Was supposed to receive a $750 promotional bonus as I had fulfilled the requirements of their bank. 148 days later and still no deposit. I called the branch a week ago (Thursday) and was told that I would have an answer by Monday. The following g Thursday I didn’t have an answer. Went into the branch only to be brushed off by Carmen stating that someone else would help me. She was oh so happy to open the account but when it comes time to service consumers, she lacks horribly. I was going to switch my business accounts from Suntrust as they are transitioning to Truist due to the uncertainty. With this, this test of Regions proved they failed miserably. If this Manager Carmen is any example of how these branches are operated, then someone should greatly consider new management. Have read other reviews that state that if you are not Hispanic to not bother going to this branch….I experienced this first hand. I guess driving a $300k Lamborghini up to the bank (yes mine, not rented) didn’t impress this manager that my time is important and that I didn’t want to have to “chase” moneys that were rightfully due to me. Don’t believe their promotions and definitely don't deal with Carmen at the Kissimmee branch unless Piss poor customer service is acceptable to you.

      I walked in wasn’t greeted like the other customers sat there for almost 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Only to be told they require an appointment an to come back tomorrow and several rude jokes in Spanish about me just sitting there

      they were kind of rude with the way they handled customers and their needs. i went hoping to get 2 things resolved but only got one because they said they didn’t do that, yet i went to another branch and got it resolved immediately. i also called them about an issue and they kept interrupting me snd hung up without a “thank you bye” or anything. the least you could do is have some common courtesy for the customers otherwise they might not return. definitely worth doubling the distance to go to another bank and get my issues resolved a lot more professionally 2 stars because they gave me feedback but didn’t help

      This REGION BRENCH is terrible . It’s 4:16PM & I CAME here for a debit card because my card has been STOLEN & The region manager/ CSR is extremely LAZY . SHE DIDNT WANT TO PROVIDE ME A NEW DEBIT CARD BECAUSE ITS ALMOST TIME TO GO . DO MOT COME HERE IF U NEED HELP ! THIS BRANCH NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT! They do not care about the customers here . This is crazy ! THIS IS THE SECOND ATTEMPT. . I CAME HERE LAST WEEK TO GET A DEBIT CARD AND SHE WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO GET A NEW DEBIT CARD . This ridiculous I’ve never seen anything like this

      I went there on January 7 and May 5 to request a new credit card. To this day I haven't received it, yet I get charged annual fee for said card. Guess the agent named Elliot from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico lied to me on ordering them.

      I’ve never had a problem coming here to deposit money into my parent’s account. Fast and easy service, one time I was in a rush and forgot a receipt inside. The associate that helped me was kind enough to come out to the parking lot in the rain and bring me my receipt as I was pulling out. Customer service like that is rare to find nowadays!

      My customer associate Eric Rocha was very helpful today. There was an issue with my account that took some time to fix and Eric worked diligently to see that our needs were meant. Not to mention I am out of town on vacation and this is not my usual branch. This just goes to show that Region's offers great service no matter where you are.

      The ATM seems to always be down and not allow deposits which is a huge inconvenience. Almost making me want to leave.
