  I've been a customer with region banks for a long time. The first account I open believe it or not was completely free. Now some years later I'm with them again. The Clark's here know me by name just like most all the other customers. What I like about it is they still are professional and friendly no matter how good they know you they still require ID for you to access your account which I think is perfect.

  Called to speak with someone about my account and they would not give me any information about my own account, I think it’s time for me to go to another bank and close my account with these people.. not happy at all

  Was trying to cash a pharmacy refund check for my father who has had an account for 60 years plus. I have had an account since I was 17. They would not cash the check that Dad endorsed and I signed with my account number. Have cashed lots of checks before.....rude and didn't seem to care!!!! Will strongly consider changing banks in the very near future. Poor customer service,,,,,,,they used to be a good bank that cared about their customers.

  Went in to open a checking account today 10/15 was told to set in the lobby well i don't know which lobby cause I guess the one I was setting in was not right. I was next to the door the one lady in her office on computer didn't ask if I needed anything. Other lady who just finished with two customer walked out of her box multiple times not even once asked me or even acknowledge I was there. I don't know what lobby part I was post to be in but apparently I matched the wall cause nobody saw or even cared to see what I was there for. Very slow service and nobody really seems to care. Won't return.

  Regions has everything to satisfy your monetary needs. Checking, savings, credit cards, IRA's, CD's, mortgages. You can even set up accounts for your kids. Consider it your one stop financial shop, if you will. All you need is the proper ID and an appointment with a banker to set up most accounts. Or, just walk in and settle any other financial transaction. Easy as pie.

  On September 11, 2018, I had a "small-face" ten dollar bill that the laundromat change machine wouldn't take. After being denied a change from Christian Outreach (a kind of salvage store), I walked into this branch and quickly explained my situation. I was asked if I were a customer, to which I answered no. All I wanted was a different ten-dollar bill. After being told no twice (first I asked for a role of quarters, then for a different bill), I asked if I was in fact standing in a bank. Yes was the answer. So an Army vet walked into a bank on 9/11 and asked for someone to do a modicum of work. He was denied, and because of this I will never allow this franchise to profit from me. And none of my family will either. Ever.

  This is the worst bank. I've been to plenty of other branches and this is the only location that insists on charging me to cash my checks unless I deposit atleast half of it. Claiming I don't have enough money in my account. There's been plenty of times I've had well over $100 in my account and they claim there's not enough, so they want to charge me. I will be switching banks soon.

  Regions bank as a whole is horrible. You will have money in your account and then they try to stick multiple NSF Fees on you. Then it takes an act of Congress to get them removed and your money back. Very shadey baank by any means. Tellers will not answer the phone for anything. Want youb to call the 1 800 # where it takes you 25 minutes to talk to a live person. Closing my account today.

  I'm starting to consider switching banks if they don't get that atm machine right ...everytime I try to deposit or withdraw money the atm is always broke or is updating software
