  Waited to be attended by a teller for almost 10 minutes for her to tell me I can’t withdrawal money from my own account unless I have a check to make out to myself. I’ve withdrawn money from other regions banks with just my license without a problem. Very incompetent branch, please shut it down.

  The service is bad .. it’s like they find ways to not do there job .. went in with the same problem to the Regions on Flagler street .. took then 15 min but they fixed my problem .. wish I could give it 0 stars

  ATM never works and only one teller.. not sure how someone thinks this is a five star place it's not the first time either or the only branch like this. Time to close accounts.

  It's 3:43 pm and no bank is open. It is a necessity because there is our money, the one we work for, the one we sweat day by day, the one we need and need to do paperwork because that is what you use and it turns out that you work as you please. The telephone service does not have attention in Spanish, what is the reason, in a state where there is a large Latino community?   I give them 1 star because it is the least there is, if there were 0 or -10 I would give it to them, terrible attention, they do not solve anything, supremely arrogant. More than anything, the girl who attends the window makes you feel guilty that things happen to you with the mismanagement of her bank. The truth horrible attention.

  but what a bad attention that chubby one is a dirty one to talk to people as if the bank were hers they never even have 5000 dollars to withdraw if you are going to withdraw that amount or more never come here so you don't waste time
