      My daughter and I have been a Regions customer for almost 20 years and this is certainly the first time that I have to report a bad experience. Today, my daughter went requesting help with a wire transfer, which turned to be a big fiasco due to the bad customer service provided by someone name Dee as her break was coming close and anxious to go. We were not aware that you now need an appointment to get service at any Regions bank – have done a few transactions without appointments, if so that must be communicated, then because the transfer was to an online bank and my daughter did not have written instructions but had the pertaining information she did decline to provide the service. One thing for sure, we will not return to that specific branch again. Think about the fact that “WE” customers are the ones that provide you with living and a good treatment goes a long way…

      Received a phone call from two different representatives who were very rude and catty for no reason. If you have a business or small business don’t even bother with regions you won’t even make it passed the phone with those two guard dogs. they don’t seem like they care at all about business owners or informing them on anything. They won’t even answer basic questions that you may not have known and won’t bother here pointing you in the right direction.. Very unprofessional to call someone questioning them with no respect they call you so don’t come in and waste their time you’ll be even more lost after speaking with them on the process and won’t be able to take advantages of region’s business services for businesses. I plan on reporting them to their managers.

      This is the second time I come to this branch and the same lady took care of us! She is super rude, she shouldnt be working on a field where her job it’s to help people! both of the times has been a very bad experience! Seems like all the reviews here are about the same person!

      DEE DEE female person on the floor completely disengage to help customers more worry about going to her break. Empty bank and putting all kind of obstacles to run a simple wire transfer. No customer service whatsoever

      The ATM at this location has issues. I have had several occasions where i cannot make a deposit. What is the point of having an ATM if it doesn't WORK? Now I have to go after work - and lose a day for the check to clear. Ridiculous. Additional update - the deposit at the ATM STILL WONT WORK. It will give you money but that's it. Now I was told 4 months ago it was because it's in the direct sun so it needs to be replaced (really?) but if that's the case why will it give and not take? I have been with this bank for 20 years (through all its name changes) but i have HAD IT. Enough already.

      I tried to go to this bank 10 minutes before it closed at 5 today, only to get out of my car and find the door was locked. So I figured “whatever, it’s 10 minutes before it closes, they probably want to go home.” So I tried to go use the ATM but it kept saying there was an error and I should come back later, and after 10 minutes of trying to get it to work I gave up and went to another Regions where the ATM actually worked.

      I just Recently Paid off my Charged off Account With this Bank, and was interested in opening a new account. While approaching the Branch MGR to Re-open a new checking account, before even inviting me to sit down she left me standing and said "well why were you in the negative in the first place?" i responded with "thats here nor there now that im in good standing i simply want to reopen my account" she then said with an attitude "WELL I NEED TO KNOW WHY BECAUSE IM YOUR PERSONAL BANKER". Keep in mind... its been about 5mins and im still standing being grilled as to why i let me account go into the negatives. At this point im getting upset, because now im feeling like if i were a White male, at the very least i would have been invited to sit down. I responded with 'like i said, its irrelevant as to why it was negative if you allow me to sit down and go through the history with me you'll see where it went wrong" At this Point after being a loyal Regions banker for years, i was FLOORED when this BRANCH MGR looked and me and said, "YOU KNOW WHAT I DONT EVEN WANT TO HELP YOU, I DONT EVEN WANT YOUR MONEY TAKE YOUR MONEY TO CHASE " As an African American man that was simply trying to get my account re-open, i didnt get offend when she grilled me about me charged off account, or when she told me to she wouldn't help me, or even for the fact that she wanted me to take my business elsewhere, it was to the mire Fact as the BRANCH MGR she didnt even invite me to take a seat. Oh yeah i was a Friday with 20mins until closing time
