Regions Bank Reviews

Bryant Getz1This review is over regions as a whole. Not this location specifically. For whatever reason regions would hold large transactions back for a period of time. And then once I’d forget about the large transaction, I’d make smaller purchases thinking I had money. So then they'd post the large transaction after a period and load my account up with the smaller transactions at $35 per overdraft fee. This adds up FAST. It’s funny how Wells Fargo didn’t have an issue like this with my transactions. I haven’t gotten an overdraft fee since leaving. I guess their system is just slow. Sometimes it would take days or a week for transactions to post to my account. Very strange considering other places post almost immediately or in a day.
Response from the ownerHi, Bryant. We'd like to learn more to take a closer look at this situation. If you send your phone number to [email protected], we'll call you. -Tyler

Eli’s World1Bad customer service. Joya stated she would help me then went to help in the drive through just to have me waiting for 20 minutes. Closed my account once she did assist me. Dirty inside there as well. Floors filthy and cobb webs and dust all around to prove lack of cleanliness. Won’t be back. I don’t like Regions anyway.
Response from the ownerThis is not the type of experience we want you to have at any of our locations. Please send us an email to [email protected] with your phone number. We'll call you to learn more. -Tyler

Alicia Hudson5My husband and I went to this Regions to discuss a HELOC and were lucky enough to meet with Cherice who took time to understand our situation and compare options for us. She made the conversation easy and comfortable, and looked for all possible opportunities to help us achieve our goals. We're excited to continue banking with Cherice and Regions!
Response from the ownerCustomer service is one of our main priorities, Alicia! We are happy to hear that, Cherice, was able to help! We hope you enjoy your weekend! -Ana

LaRhonda Cockrell1I came into your branch to have a form notarized. One of your accountant representatives (didn’t get her name but she was Caucasian with dirty blonde hair and a heavier build) greeted me. I told her I needed to get a form notarized, she asked was I a Regions card holder and if I had signed the form. I said yes, to both question. However, without even looking at the form she said she couldn’t notarize it. My issue is, I went to another Regions location and they signed the same document without any problem because I hadn’t signed the notary portion of the application only the application. Your representative need a lesson in customer service training. She should’ve taken a look at the documents before given me a response. I always have issue when I come to this branch. I only come here because this branch is open on Saturday.

Sarah Kerr5Giving a shout out to Zuheily who helped me set up my savings account today. She is WONDERFUL to work with. She made everything super easy and was very down to earth. The process was completely stress free and I was able to chat with her about my goals and budget. I will be returning to this location very soon to continue working on my savings plan. Thank you!

Nino Estes1This bank allowed someone to come in and steal $5500 from my accounts without asking the proper questions. They have failed to protect my money.
Response from the ownerHi, Nino. This is very concerning to us and we'd like to learn more! If you send your phone number to [email protected], we'll call you. -Tyler

Alice Ying Nie1This branch is a joke. They do not staff this branch with enough people, especially on the weekends. It is not at the fault of this branch, but as an bank, regions needs to consider staffing some of their higher traffic branches with more staff. It’s unfortunately because it leads to an overall unpleasant experience especially given this is the only branch in my neighborhood open on the weekends.
