Regions Bank Reviews

Cristina Baughman1We went in to open a business account, early in the morning, so there was no customers. The ladies at the teller counter were very pleasent. When we were approached by the banker that we had been waiting for, she was like 'hello' in a way that seemed like 'why are you here' tone. We advised we wanted to open an accoumt. She seemed huffy and aggetated. We presented her a check drawn from our company and she rudely asked for our licenses. She snatched the check and her keys off her desk and walked away. This was all a 30 second interaction. We followed her and asked for our check back as we were not going to deal with someome that was so nasty and walked out of the bank. Sad.
Response from the ownerHello Cristina! Our team appreciates your feedback! We are so sorry for the bad manner you were treated. We will submit this information to the right channel and attempt to improve in these areas! Thank you for taking the time to help us become better. - Hector

Kellie Barefield1The worst, firstly they close at 4:30 weekdays when people including myself don’t get off till 5pm. Well at least the door and online says they close at 4:30 but in reality they close 5 min before 4:30. Secondly there’s no Saturday hours especially with this whole pandemic going on you’d think they would adjust their hours a little for the WORKING CLASS PEOPLE. Another thing the workers ALWAYS have attitudes never once have I gone in and had anything positive. If you’re looking for regions as your next banking please check else where fair game.

Eric Tillotson1This bank is the worst regions in Tupelo! The lady always give me a hard time depositing my checks. Plus, it’s a pain in the butt to get to their location. I go to the regions on Thomas street and have no problem with anything. Beware of this regions branch.
