  Constantly changing their days and hours of operation no forewarning. Banks should be open at least until 6 on a Friday especially when you're trying to get to the bank during rush hour. Takes two days to process a deposit.

  By far, the worst location of any bank I've ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. Severely understaffed. Not courteous at all.

  This branch seems to be behind the times. 5 phone transfers and 15 minutes later to reach a mortgage officer only to have him/her* sound like they just woke up. Very frustrating when your trying to secure a loan only to be connected with a man/woman who could care less.

  They aren't open Saturdays or Sunday's which is highly inconvenient. They take forever to process checks, and will charge you a lot of money to cash even though you bank with them.

  Regions policy is if deposited by 2pm its cleared the next morning . At least all the checks i deposit do.

  For 70 cents they charged me 35 I think they are abusive
