      This bank is trash. They process your transactions in a way to be able to charge you NSF fees. Having you think your transactions are pending and you have no money there to cover it even though you go in and add money before the fee hits you still get charged a fee. They hold your direct deposit and wont release it into your account on time. No wonder they have so many locations to take your hard earned money for nothing. Branch manager stacy is unprofessional rude and looks down on you if you are a middle class since she is so high class or so she thinks!

      This is the worst regions bank that I have ever tried to use. One time I sent my information up the thing and they just never said anything and then when they found my stuff they acted like it was my fault. This time they said I can't cash my check unless both parties are there even though both parties have signed it I want to cross the street trust Mark said that they could do it but my accounts not with Trustmark won't be going here anymore
