  This location can get pretty busy, yet each time I go, my issue is resolved or my transaction goes smoothly. Good customer service overall, and if there is a wait, they usually check in with me while I'm waiting. Pros: Location, Good People, and Helpful Cons: Small waiting room (compared to other locations) and can get busy

  Regions provided GREAT Customer Service on my recent visit . A Middle Eastern Lady helped me and was very Polite and Knowledgable, providing answers to my every question. I am So glad they changed Management and Personnel, this Bank has an Awesome team and dedicated Staff . Thank you all so much !!!

  This rating would have been 0 stars if possible, poor customer service, i went in to make a cashier check withdrawal of MY money and was rejected by the staff. I left furious from the branch and headed to another branch where without any problem I was helped out. Days after i went in again to do a cash withdrawal and manager told me “ you again” and was denied the withdrawal of my money. Im not sure if it is something personal against me or what is the problem with these people in this branch but when someone deposits money into his or her bank and later wants to withdrawal it, i really don’t understand why someone is denied their own money

  Been there in 3 different days. In every single one of them I was told that they could not help me with my problem. In all of these occasions, I headed to different Regions branches and had my issues solved in few minutes with ease. Therefore, the workers from this Eldridge branch simply did not want to do their job.

  Very Poor Customer Service I spoke with Stephanie today and she had the worst attitude and yelled at me. They don’t like to answer your questions. This Branch is the closest to me. I come here because it’s closer and the representatives are always rude even the Black Lady that have her own office. I called and her attitude was rude also. She answered “hmmm um” this place is garbage. I will from now on go to different Branch. I see why this Branch only have 1 star!
