      It's a shame to receive such bad service. I was helped by a heavier set caucasian woman at a computer. She's very rude, didn't want to help me, and acted as if I was a problem. I never got rude back with her and stayed polite. If a customer has a problem, the least you can do is try to help and make the customer feel as though they're valued. It probably doesn't matter to them, but, I'll be taking my business account and personal account to a financial institution who may appreciate my business. I promise that Regions don't care, though.

      I've had a personal account for over ten years, and a business account for seven years. After moving here to Mississippi, I will be swapping banks. The rudest people, unfriendly service, and lack of accessibility is to much to deal with. This is why Regions in general is going down hill.

      The customer service is the worst I’ve ever witnessed. There was one woman that worked at this branch that was actually really good (customer service) Brittany. But she went to another branch. Closing my account. Do your self a favor and go to another branch. Where they actually work to help you and assist you.

      Customer service is horrible. You have to wait on hold 10-15 min. every time you try to get some help. Also, their online service is a joke. It took me 3 calls (41 min.) to finally get them to update my new address. I would have done it myself but it wasn't possible to do so. They want to charge a min. of 50 cents to do mobile banking which is what I do most. At that the hold you money for 4-5 days before you have access to it. If you want it sooner, you have to pay up to $3 per check. I may change banks only after being with them for 2 weeks because of their poor service and high fees. The only problem is, the want to try to charge me for closing my account even though it's their lack of professionalism. My advice, Stay Away!!

      I would rate even less if I could. Horrible customer service and very rude attitudes. I will be closing all of accounts at this bank today and finding somewhere that appreciates their customers. Don not waste your time here.

      Went to do deposit was running late the lady at the window didn't say a word took my deposit @ 6 mins till and didn't give me a receipt just closed the curtain that says closed. Worst service on a regular basis it's like they have no personalities #zombiebank.
