  I come see Kimberly when I need something and she is a gem. Very informative and helps you understand how to use the online system effectively. She’s explained how I can make my credit better and helped me get back to a good score. If you need help go talk to the lady with the octopus in her office!

  I walked into the regions bank today too ask for a simple exchange if currency, a $10 dollar bill for a $10 roll of quarters. To my surprise, I was asked for an account number, which I do not have as I am visiting. I was informed without an account number, I will not receive the simple request. I am not sure if this is how all balls work but I can say that I will not be patronizing it recommending Regions bank.

  The staff here are always so helpful and kind. They go out of their way to explain all your options whether it is for something very simple or complex. They make sure you understand all your documents before signing anything and do their best to keep you informed through out the processes. This branch is super friendly and even though it is a very busy branch, the wait time is minimal. Alisha Lay is my usual personal banker and she goes above and beyond what is required to meet my needs!

  Love Regions Bank , reason being is because they are every where you go ,whatever town or state there is Regions Bank and i love that . I hate to have to go to Bank that i don't Bank with , it always seems like they don't want you there if you don't have and account with them . So that is why i check around and found Regions bank had lots of Banks around . So i decided to my them my Home Bank .♡♡♡

  They charge $20 to cash a check written from their own bank if you don’t have an account with them.

  Highly disrespectful staff. Shut the door in our faces saying they were closed when it was before 4:00 pm. Will not be returning.
