  This bank is terrible. You walk in with no direction as to where to go so I stand in line and am told to wait my turn. There are 6 chairs in the middle of the floor to sit in. I guess that's because you are going to wait forever for a normal banking transaction. Finally a bank representative comes out and says, "I can help whoever is next." How do we know who is next? No line, no number system, no sign in sheet, nothing. Horrible system. Need to rethink this new and improved ineffective banking system you have created.

  This bank’s ATM took my card and never gave it back a few months ago. I had to go inside to get them to order me a new card and the line was extremely long. When I finally got waited on, it took the teller’s forever to order me a new one and I had to be card less for a little over a week. Every since then I’ve never step foot back into this branch.

  I have the worst experience with this bank, the atm took my card on a Friday a holiday weekend really messed up my plans, thinking about moving to another bank, and then I find out that the bank has nothing to do with the atm machine, not good!!!!!!!

  Not just no, but heck no! I've had terrible experiences there and closed my accounts. For example, I once accidentally wrote a check out of a closed account(I had two identical checkbooks) and instead of contacting me to remedy the situation I ended up paying a pretty hefty fee. There are so many other things they've done that I can't list because I don't wish to discuss the details of my finances, but I despise that place. They do have some nice people working there, but that is overshadowed by the negatives.

  Longest line in history. When I say long line I mean going out the door long. What do the two employees at the desks do to assist?? They laugh and sit at one another’s desk while looking at their phones. Very unprofessional. The employees behind the glass should be outraged.

  I just left this bank,the atm took my debit card.I.had to go in and they turned me around because no i.d.I then go back,they order me a new card.My rent is due tomorrow,I wasnt offered a temporary card.They basically said my bad thats all we can do!

  Come here if you love long lines broken atm and getting taken advantage of. Their atm is always broken and do not refund you if you need to use a different atm

  They have two ATM's, neither working on a Friday. This is their busiest day of the week. Why are they not working? Crazy.

  The atm took my card and my money. Now the bank is closed. I'm so upset and I can't do anything but wait until tomorrow morning when they open.😡😡😡
