Jaouhar Misbah1THEY DON'T VALUE COSTUMERS.I got scammed and received a fake check. I cashed it using their app. They royal response was to block my account and kick me out of the bank. They said i will never be able open an account there. That's it !! We punish the victime. THANK YOU FOR BANKING WITH REGIONS.

G Berky1Opened up a savings account here for my daughter that was just born, I put maybe 175 in, they said it would be a standard interest bearing account. They lied and have been stealing $5 a month from it for the past year or so, I can’t access it at the moment because I’m an active duty soldier. There’s something incredibly dishonest about what they’re doing here. I would steer very clear of giving these people your money or even personal information.

Clarissa Mobley1Service is pathetic. I think a high schooler would do better for sure, the only one who has been helpful is Latoya. Trying to dispute a transaction is like trying to run through a huge hayfield in the dark. Only two people can do it. I’ve to call Columbus Regions 2114 Hwy 45 to get good banking service. It’s not the bank that’s the problem it’s the people that’s in the bank. Either find people who want to do their job or open up another bank because 1 bank with people moving like turtles isn’t going to get it.

Dayla Outlaw1DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! they steal! Over draw your account and say it’s “region’s policy” and that’s just the way that they take out transactions for purchases that’s were made DAYS AGO! they be finessing! At first they closed my account and wouldn’t let me use it because one of the workers wasn’t turning in any of my information & this happened TWICE! the big man that helps cash checks lied and said that couldn’t cash work check EVEN THOUGH I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND ALWAYS CASH MY CHECKS THERE & lied and said that they have always been doing that way! Went to the drive through and they cashed my check with no problem! went to the atm and they always never try to deposit the right amount I put in always try to take money even though I bank with them! my sister deposited her money & it wasn’t even in her account she went up there asking why and they tried to tell her she never deposited money! LUCKILY SHE HAD HER RECEIPTS! then they told her they still couldn’t give her the money until they pulled the money out the atm and counted it. WELL THEY COUNTED IT AND LORD BEHOLD! IT WAS THERE. Ultimately THEYRE TRASH AND I WILL BE CHANGING BANKS SOON.

Michael Harris1If I could give this place a 0 star I would!! The person that helped me “Lyn Jackson” was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to help me. I was in there to get a money order and before I got in line I asked on of the employees did they do money orders and they said yes. Well I stayed in line for 10 minutes just for her to tell me I needed my id. I went out and got my id and got back in line just for her to tell me, she couldn’t do the money order. I wasted a entire 20 minutes and the entire time she just acted like she didn’t want to help. Very horrible place.

David Russell1Never been to this branch when you did not have to wait in line for long periods of time. Today 3 tellers had finished with just one customer in over 20 minutes..I just left ..

Robin Kent1I would have rated a negative number if I could have. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I called about a problem on my account and got put on hold for 10 minutes. I tried to call back 3 times and no one answers the phone. Then IF you do happen to get someone to answer they Sound like they don't want to help you. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Bruce Thornton1I am a 42 year customer with Regions Bank. I went to the Starkville, MS, bank with a contractor to cash a personal check I issued him from another out of town bank. Regions would not cash it. I was told the Branch Manager was the only person that could give approval. I asked to speak to him, but the teller told me he wasn't in, did not know where he was, and didn't know when he would be available. I gave the name of a Regions representative in my home town to verify my information but was told they could not do that either. In order to pay the contractor I had to pay $35.00 for the out of town bank to overnight a cashier's check. The contractor went back to Regions to get it cashed but was told they would not cash it because Regions system (?) did not verify the cashiers check. As a last resort, I went to a competitor bank. Within 5 minutes the it was cashed with no problems. Needless to say, I am totally unimpressed with Regions personal service!! Congratulations, Regions! You have earned my vote for the worst customer service.
