Chenoa SHENANDOAH2Two stars because I love banking with Regions and have for years. Every other branch I’ve been too I would give 5 stars, but this branch would get zero stars if possible. Been in several times and they never have any tellers working, only one at the drive thru. They don’t acknowledge you until no one is left in the drive thru. One person in cubicle and one in office never looked up. Stood in lobby over 15 minutes and left.

Lynn Andrick1Worst regions branch ever. Regions sent out email to bring your change in and regions would take it, sort it and credit your account. This branch did not have a bag to put it in and no paperwork to fill out. Two years ago tried to wire transfer money to another account. They acted like I was robbing there bank and never could get the wire transfer to go through, kept leaving off a zero. Went to branch on Valleyview. Transfer done in 15 minutes. Awful place
