  My garage was broken into, Regent Pawn on Jefferson took items from the thief (detective stated thief has pawned items at Regent multiple times), pretty sure Regent knows items are stolen, doing the bare minimum , ie paperwork, police seized items from pawn shop, they should be back in my garage shortly, they did not bother to show up at property disposition hearing.

  Great staff always quick to pick up when i call. And good stuff on rhe shelf's i picked up a lot of tools and fire arms here and keep going back for more

  Good guys here. The staff was awesome. Very friendly. We laughed while being serviced, made a few jokes. Ben is a Sweetie. Asked if there was more he could help me out with😊. Ok. I might have another thought or two about that question, but I'll keep it professional. Awesome Staff and customer service.

  Excellent customer service! My wait time is always the most minimal. The merchandise is always properly working and clean. The employees are always working as a team. Maintain that crew as they are the best!

  Pros: I visited Regent Pawn. & Jewelry Co. today. They have alot of good merchandise. The staff is friendly and courteous. Cons: They struggle with opening up on time. On a few times, they are usually late opening by 15 minutes. So, be patient if your there before 8:30 it might be 8:45 when u walk in.

  Excellent service I purchased an iPad at a great price. They let me do 10% down and 3 months to get it out. They have a great selection of tablets and electronics.

  Took my laptop to get some money until i got paid again got a good amount. After i paid to get it out i tried to turn it on but didnt work. Turns out something heavy was on it and messed up the screen. Called to ask them what happend while it was in pawn. All they said was once you take it out of the door there is nothing we can do about it. Bad CS
