  My wife and I decided to buy a new house. The last time we did that was in 2008 and we felt like we were novices. I had just sold my mom's house and asked her realtor if he could refer me to any good mortgage finance professionals. My wife and I are very type A people so we needed a person who was willing to take the time to explain everything to us and build our trust that he/she knew what they were doing. Our Agent referred us to Regan Hagestad and I am soo glad that he did. We spoke with Regan along with other lenders and really felt comfortable with Regan and his group. They were knowledgeable and patient. Patients was important because my wife and I ask a lot of questions and Regan and his team answered them all. On top of all that we were given the best rate we could possibly get. I can not recommend Regan highly enough.

  Outstanding service!!! This is my second time working with him and his team and I am looking forward to the next time. I spoke with a few other lenders for my last refinance and Regan was always the most honest, knowledgable, direct, professional, and very friendly. His answers always made sense and he made sure I understood everything. He never tried to "sell me up" on loan related stuff like other lenders did. I am very happy that my agent referred me to Regan. The process was easy, and him and his team were always there to help me along the way. Thank you!!!!!

  Regan and his team at Watermark Home Loans are gems! Highly recommend!! They are extremely knowledgeable and well-respected in the area which allowed us to establish immediate trust with the seller's and seller's agent and ultimately helped us buy our dream home. The rate that Regan got us was also much better than what we'd been quoted by some of the bigger banks. What's more, he and his team are super savvy, responsive, and professional -- i.e. you can tell they genuinely care. Would not go anywhere else for mortgage financing.

  Regan and his team are great to work with! They helped me with two home purchases and a home refinance, so this review is long overdue. They are very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and personable. They are quick to respond to any questions, by phone or email, and do a good job of explaining all the steps along the way. They just make the whole process so smooth and easy, even though I know it's a lot work behind the scenes. I'd definitely recommend Regan, Matt, and the whole group for your home purchase or refinancing needs!

  Regan and his team are the best! I was not a "cookie cut" client to work with as I am self employed and paid through 1099 and didn't have great tax returns to work with. Regan got me approved QUICK for a stated income loan which NO ONE else could do and even got me a fair rate. AND we closed in less than 30 days. Basically performed a miracle as far as I'm concerned. I'm a realtor and this was actually my 3rd deal w/Regan but this time it was to finance a personal purchase. A true professional and a pleasure to work with as a client and realtor. I can't recommend him and his team enough.

  I was referred to Regan Hagestad by my Real Estate Agent, Julie Christensen at Vista Sotheby's. Regan was incredibly helpful from day one. He was a great resource and very responsive to my questions. This wasn't my first mortgage loan experience, but I can honestly say it was the easiest. Regan and his team of professionals helped me navigate the process without a hitch! I've worked with Regan and his team for a re-finance now too and once again, they worked diligently to keep me informed every step of the way.   Regan has been a true pleasure to work with. He made the loan process of buying our first home very comfortable and understandable. His response time is great and he was proactive about reaching out to us when it made sense to refinance at a lower rate.   This is the third loan we've run through Regan and his team. Put simply, there is no one better. Regan and everyone on his team add that personal touch that you simply won't find with other lenders, no matter their size. Every step of the way, Regan and his team are just one email or phone call away, and always extremely responsive. The paperwork and process was explained to us thoroughly and even the notary that the team contracted with to send to our home was wonderful. All in all, a 10/10 experience.
