  Redstone Credit Union has always approved our loans when we need anything. The ladies are very friendly and help make the loans great for you. I didn't think I wanted the extended auto warranty but Emily explained how it worked and we said yes. She was fantastic and very helpful with the loan I love my Crimson Red 2015 Buick Enclave!!

  I had a friendly assistant who was very helpful and knew exactly what to do. She got the job done fast and was very efficient. Very good bank overall. The cashiers are always friendly and nice too. My favorite bank...Redstone.

  I am so far 100% satisfied with the wonderful service I've gotten from RedStone Federal Credit Union. They are definitely a bank worthy of keeping your money safe. Supplying your Family An Friend needs. We had an issue, that was handled quickly an left me very impressed. I would most certainly...highly recommend to all our Family an Friend's. Your treated like Family every single time. They call us by our names, not just a number! An make our children feel important as well. That means a lot, since our children are adopted. They take notice an make them feel extra special too.

  Great bank and Even if you have no credit but banked with them then they will give you a chance on a great loan. Great loan officers and they always meet needs. Just need to be patient with somethings but they try there best. The ATM's are great also, multiple bills and easy check deposit.

  I was very pleased with how professional they are with you and doing things to make sure you account is secured. I had lost info on my savings account and the young lady looked it up and very discreetly asked me the questions she needed to verify that in fact it was my account. I also felt they were doing the safety measures as well as they possibly could and I thank them!!

  We had been with redstone for 3 years, after 3 years of perfect payments and had 2 semis paid for and needed a $3000 loan and use one of our semis as collateral they said no even though we have good credit scores excellent payment history they said no and a few months later we went to traditions Bank and they gave us a $55,000 commercial loan and we bought a 07 peterbilt and still have made payments on time. If anyone is having trouble getting a loan and you have made current payments consecutively go to traditions bank and they will help. When you call there is no automated person its a real person. It is worth the drive for a bank who invests in people who are trying unlike some banks.

  This bank is by far the best bank I've ever used. They will help you with anything your dealing with. I just wish they had one in Fort payne so it's closer, but still by far the best.

  Super nice building, friendly, but getting to building from road and leaving is a nightmare. I hate going there because I know I'll be 15 minutes trying to get into and leave this place. Clearly it's the city's fault but you would think someone would try to have this problem addressed.. such a shame
