  I am so excited! My daughter suggested I open an account at Redstone while the have a $100 gift for doing so and $100 for referee (her). However, I cashed in on a new promotion of $500 for being a new resident and a new customer. I’m giving her $100 for leading me there. She says they’re a great credit union too.

  If you are coming here to decide between Ascend or Redstone, let me help you out with that decision - REDSTONE We ended all of our services with Ascend after being members since 2015. After recent interactions with Ascend regarding several issues that were seen with our accounts, we switched over to Redstone Federal Credit Union. They took the time to answer all of our questions and given us more help than Ascend had as well. The interactions we have already experienced at Redstone have outmatched any experience that we have had while being members of Ascend. I highly recommend the move over if you are reading this review after a bad experience as well. Martin sat down with my husband and I for almost two hours, answering all of our questions in detail. He did not make us feel rushed and really helped us understand our options! Such a great experience! I have already recommended them to our family, friends, and several of my patients!

  They need Mauricio back went back today talked to a black dude with his hands in his pocket the whole time leaned back against the window very unfriendly whenever I left I said have a good day and he didn’t say anything. Get a different job if you can’t handle the one you’re in!

  Bait and switch, they solicited me for a pre approved rate then when I applied of course the terms were WAY different than what was stated on preapproval!! Of course they were ZERO help, I have an 811 credit score and make over 90,000$ a year! Guess my money isn't good with them

  If you get could get a ZERO star this company deserves one. Bought a 50k tractor through Rural King. Tractor is great BTW but... It's Aug 10th and my $700 payment is due Aug 14th but no paper statement has arrived in my mailbox. After one hour and fifteen minutes on hold and speaking to MULTIPLE agents that don't have a clue how to help me make an online payment I'm finally transferred to a girl that can take a card payment by phone. But somehow their payment processor won't accept my Visa card. Luckily I could pay by check ACH so I won't be late. WARNING for people buying tractors at RK through Redstone Federal Credit Union. Avoid this shitshow like they have the RONA. I'll be refinancing through my local lender ASAP.

  Very nice people, They try their best to help everyone. They Finance cars over 10 years or older without outrageous interest rates. Fredrick did a great job helping me! I would definitely recommend checking them out!

  Loved everything about this C.U. Until they lost my title & sent it somewhere totally different; Funny thing is im still getting mail from them after my Car-Loan -.- “ MAURICIO MENDEZ” is the best guy ive ever dealt with though, I do recommend to deal with him! Edit: Came by july, 11, 2019 to get situation fixed, Ms “ BriAnne “ decides to get upset at me for being upset they lost my title. Poor Customer Service

  I went to deposit some money and everything looked great however there was a new system in place were it looks just like an atm but you video chat with a live person and they guide you thru the step on what you need to do. It was kind of nice and fast the staff was friendly as always. I got to give it to redstone it is definitely something new and fresh and as time passes I got a feeling that we are going to be seen these more often.

  This location does not exist and when it mentioned it to a person at the open location the blamed Google instead of apologizing for the inconvenient trip and lack of attention to detail... "Google hasnt quite caught up with us yet..." Its the business responsibility to update the google profile... Its 2019 GET IT TOGETHER! Customer service is key. Please update!
