  We went in to refinance my husband’s car. Was so quick and easy, they were so friendly and seemed so happy to help us out! Got us all set and we were in and out with ease. We will definitely be using them in the future!

  I have been a member of RRFCU for over 30 years and I now live in Dallas TX for over17 of those years now and love the fact that when I have to go into a bank branch to handle face to face business- I don't have to drive all the way to TEXARKANA i can go to Paris or Sulfur Springs TX. Thanks!!

  We have been banking with RRCU for years. Four generations and we’ve always had great experiences. I started out with a Homer’s Club Savings account in the 80’s, and now my daughter has her own account. Great introduction to banking and financial independence for children.

  Best bank I have ever done business with. Great interest rates. Very easy in and out handling of the paper work. Just e-sign and go, all on your phone or computer. The staff there are all very helpful, friendly, and professional. I am proud to be a member with RRCU!

  Red River Credit Union in Paris is the BEST! If I need a loan or any other services, they are quick, reliable and courteous. They have the most friendly staff ever and go above and beyond. Wonderful customer service.

  First of all, as soon as you walk into Red River Federal Credit Union in Paris, Texas, you are greeted with a smile. The staff here are amazing. The building itself is clean, and inviting. I immediately felt comfortable handling my business at RRFCU. Just like everyone else, my family and I have had our fair share of hard times. RRFCU never let us down. They worked with us, and were always there to help. Melanie Palmer has a heart of gold and is willing to help the rich or poor, and it truly shows. Everywhere I go I recommend this bank, I love everything RRFCU stands for, and they will always have my families business.

  Everyone is real nice and very friendly. Everyone is eager and willing to help. I have been a customer for several years and I highly recommend them,if you are looking for a good place to get a loan for what ever you might need . Plus it is a good place to have your checking and savings accounts. If you ever have a problem with one of your accounts they will work hard and get it solved quickly. JK

  Although I use the Bank in Paris, Texas I know that the phone calls are mostly handled out of the Texarkana Office. The people at both places are very friendly and really try to help when you have problems.
