  Gail Green of RHF is in EVERY meaning of the word definition professional! I can honestly say my Mom and I were honored as well as priviliged to work with Gail. She's a phenomenal person who's passionate about her craft and it shows in how she treated us as customers! Knowledgeable, honest, firm, empathetic, detailed and a great communicator are some of the adjectives that describes her. As Gail guided us thru the loan process step by step, she was VERY patient, answered ALL of our questions without an attitude or frustration. , When we were almost to the end of nearing the closing process it got REALLY stressful as it usually is for EVERYONE from what I've been told. I was becoming impatient, tired, and frustrated about the whole thing and was just about ready to give up and walk away.. It's because of Gail our awesome lender support, (NOT my Realtor who's a nice guy) decided to have a heart to heart talk with me and said: "You overcame so much hurdles already, if you give up now you'll regret walking away from the house you fell in love with." She was so right. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gàil to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. She is beyond AMAZING.. definitely worth her weight in GOLD!!

  I would strongly recommend Residential. My purchase on a house in Poconos went so smoothly and without any problems. Staff was very cooperative and whenever I needed their help, there was a clear answer to all of my questions and immediate respond. There is no obsticles for them, they would do everything possible to get everything done on time. Thank you guys!!!!! I am very happy i have worked with you!!!! Keep it this way!!!
