  This is the second financing I have done through Ray Giampaoli and the most important thing I have learned is that you can put your complete trust in him. If he says it's time, he means, do it now! All the paperwork is completed smoothly, and his staff is efficient and most importantly, no question is too small. Unlike big banks, credit unions, and other mortgage brokers (all of whom I have experience with) I was never treated as if I was a nuisance. I never worried that Ray would be unable to complete my project and would never use anyone but Ray for financing.

  We worked with Ray to refinance our home loan. The experience could not have been smoother. The critical part was Ray's clarity and his ability to listen, understand our needs and help us understand our choices. The day of the signing, everything was in place. This happened only because Ray and Chris made clear exactly what they needed from us and from the Title company. Ray took the time to explain each document (and there were many). He helped us to be comfortable in a challenging and vulnerable situation. We could not have asked for a better guide though this process.

  Ray helped my wife and I refinance our home loan recently and were very pleased. We'd originally looked at refinancing a couple of years ago and Ray helped us understand that our existing loan was a better option for us at the time. Rather than forgetting about us, Ray regularly checked in on us and our loan and let us know when it would be beneficial to make a change. We both had a lot of questions through the entire process and Ray took the time and care to answer each one. He educated, guided, and reassured us all along the way and at the end we both felt very secure and confident that we were making the right decision for our family.

  Purchasing a home is a large decision to make. there are numerous moving factors. When we purchased our new home, we chose Ray Giampaoli for specific reasons: trust, ethics, morals, knowledge, and experience. Ray was able to help us navigate the complex process while explaining every detail to us (because we wanted to know). he was present at the signing to make sure we were informed of what was happening. If i could go back, I would not change our choice to use Ray for our lending needs.
