  I just opened my first checking account ever today, and it was a very good experience! The employees were friendly and informative, and Dan especially was a great help. He walked me through the process patiently and clarified whenever necessary. I feel as though it could not have gone any better than it did, despite my lack of familiarity.

  I have been banking at TriCity for a short time but in that time I am impressed. The Oklahoma branch staff is always thorough and helpful. I truly appreciate the customer service Angelica provides. She is very efficient and answers all my questions.

  I have been a long time customer of this establishment and can not give them enough stars for the service I have received over the decades I have been with them. As my needs and circumstances have changed over the years they have always been there to help. Most recently I had a problem with one of my accounts and Brielle Chistensen helped me work through the problem and was so professional. She actually stayed later to finish what she had started with me and I greatly appreciated it. Brielle made me feel appreciated to be there customer which you don't find enough in society today. Thank you again Brielle all you did!

  I have been a very happy satisfied customer of Tri City National Bank located on 76th and Oklahoma for 35 plus years, each and every problem presented has been resolved with efficiency and professionalism. Tuesday June 16th, was no exception, Dan Alicea-Adams addressed, resolved, and expedited several issues I needed resolved, as well as setting up new accounts for my grandson. His professionalism, expertise, and knowledge of his job is impressive. Dan is kind, friendly and aware that people's time is is valuable he made what could have been a long grueling experience into an efficient time sensitive and positive experience. Thank you Dan , it's a real pleasure working with someone that KNOWS their job and goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with the correct information and confidence that everything you wanted done was done correctly.

  I do not do this much but, at the request of Mr. Daniel, his good treatment and his professionalism seem to me that they deserve this. As I said, the aforementioned Mr, was a very professional person and made the whole process much easier and made it easier to understand throughout the entire process.   I have been banking at this location for about 20 years. Never have had a negative issue with the personal at the bank. I now am retired and needed help with my new Tri City card. The person who helped me understand and activate my card was so patient with me. Great Staff.
