  This is a great place.They have a lot of great deals. Beautiful jewelry very reasonably priced and the staff are very pleasant to deal with. I do not frequent pawn shops, but I came with a friend and glad I did. I will be back.

  Randolph's you really want me too tell you all something about that place?? I know you aren't going to find friendlier service anywhere like there. Sometimes you might have to wait.Walk around the shop check things out. Definitely pass that wait quickly..

  What a nice place, along with a really funny group of guys working there. I wasn't sure what to expect, but after spending a few minutes checking the place out I really liked what I was seeing. They had more jewelry than a normal jewelry store, and prices that were totally in line for what I needed. My boyfriend even found some tool he had been looking for, and even it was way less than what we were finding on line, or at places like menards... great looking store, with and pretty attentive staff. Thanks Randolph jewelry! I be seeing you again. 😊💋

  I have bought tool,silver,guns and other items for these guys they are great. They are friendly and knowledgeable about the items in the shop. Great place for deals.

  I went in to have my late fathers watch battery replaced and get an estimate on its value. 35 minutes later I see them in the back still trying to put it back together.. they finally came out handed me the pieces with fingerprints dirt and a huge scratch on the bezel and was to I’d have to take it to a jewelry store so I could get it fixed. Then of course denying the scratch that was clearly not there before. Not only are they dishonest but so incompetent they can’t change a watch battery.

  Great service, fair deals, and a clean shop. I have sold my DVD television series from time to time here, among other things. Came into today, and repurchased some of the DVD sets at a fair/bargained price. Months ago, I was in the shop checking things out when a disgruntled and upset customer came in. Wasn't trying to eavesdrop but the employees kept there cool, even as this individual was throwing derogatory and bad language at them..he pushed his mower out after his ranting and left.

  The greatest Pawn Shop I've ever been in! Not one of those cash for gold rip off places Randolph pawn actually paid me for what my stuff was worth, gold, diamonds, colored stones, everything the other pawn shops wouldn't even take into account. Randolph really knows jewelry, they were honest and straight forward and seemed to really care about what they do. I'll tell everyone I know! Thanks Randolph!

  Clean friendly store, and they treated me like a real person. Very knowledgeable, in regards to every question a first time customer could ever have. Way better than what I had in mind, actually it was a-lot like pawn stars. After visiting their store, I was amazed at the large selection of.... Umm.... Everything. Good prices, great deals, and best customer service in every shape of the word.

  Shame they don't offer half-star ratings! A Despicable Pawn Shop that does not treat customers fair. A "typical pawn shop": You get what you expect with this ancient hustle name associated with deception: misrepresentation, con-artists, dishonesty & greed taking advantage of weak, desperate and uninformed people. A Perfect store for desperate times and their suckers.
