  Rae Ann Rice was excellent to work with. From getting pre-approval, to close it was an easy process. Rae Ann is an expert in the process as she had answers to all questions along the way and her advice made the process smooth. I never had to guess during the process, she communicated often and clearly. When we were viewing houses she made herself available anytime to run numbers to see what monthly payments and closing costs would be so we always had an idea before making an offer. After we made an offer, the items we needed to send in were always well communicated and we always knew what was next. I am thrilled with the service I received and highly recommend Rae Ann Rice!
