  If you are thinking about banking here I would suggest perhaps looking to other institutions. They are not member oriented. You would think the needs of the member would come first but my experience has been this is not the case. Fees and interest are higher than what you could get elsewhere. My experience has been when I inquired about it or let them know I didn’t feel certain practices were right it was met with passive aggressive vindictiveness. In other words it is not a “how can we make this right attitude”. Any kind of transaction fees or anything they charge for is higher than your local bank would be and they don’t care how long you have been with them cause for me it has been 20+ years. If you do any transactions with them please read the fine print you will find much different from what you are used to I assure you and when you complain they won’t care. You don’t have to to take my word for it. With the exception of the newer employees who are generally very nice the customer service speaks for itself amongst the management whom you will have to deal with when there is an issue.

  I have banked here my entire life. The staff are wonderful and are always eager to help. They have stuck with me thru thick and thin. Ashley and Tammy are always there to help. Thanks so much.

  Would absolutely NEVER do business with RG again. They allowed someone, who is not an authorized party on my account, withdrawal from it and then never returns a call. I've filed a complaint with the Fed and Consumer protection agencies about this.

  Great loan experience. Laurie is wonderful! Me and my husband have used this bank namely for loans. They have always been practical, friendly and very clear on everything we needed to know. Laurie has been extra friendly, courteous, and diligent. I would highly recommend this bank.

  I opened my account in (1999) 22 yrs. ago. They serve their members with dignanty and respect. They are warm and friendly. I am a lifetime member. 🌝

  Always service with smile. Accurate and friendly staff. They have met my needs as long as I can remember. Smaller bank I'm not just another person to them. They build and value relationships.

  Customer service is good enough, but if you should let your account get over drafted, they will shut off your debit card without telling you and its your responsibility to call them to turn it back on. Their system is smart enough to turn it off but not turn it back on. Maybe pick a bank with a little less of an archaic system for a few less headaches. Edit: On the contact portion of their website, the submit button is instead a text input field so there is no way of contacting them with your concerns that way.

  Great bank and I have been with them as far as I can remember. Tammy and the lady's are all rockstar's and will do what it takes and be logical. Great Customer Service.

  I have been with RG for 14 years the staff is always friendly or is willing to answer any questions I have and kept me from being scammed.

  I was a member there for times in different years. I was stationed in Kansas City in the eighties then again in the mid nineties. I only dropped because I decided just to use my primary permanent banking credit Union.
