  I've worked with Steve and his team at R&F Commercial on three buy, rehab, and sell deals so far and prepping for the next one. They are great to work with and really know their stuff.   I've used multiple lenders, and came to the conclusion that R & F Commercial Debt and Equity are one of the easiest to deal with. With some lenders once they finance a property for as a developer, you feel like they prefer for you to fail.
