  I love this place! Noemi is my go-to when I need help in regards to my loan! She is so helpful and seems to know what she is doing. Did I mention she has great customer service! This place in general is great! They definitely care about their customers and try to explain everything to you. I recommend this place to everyone!

  I've only had very pleasant experiences when I've come here. The place is clean and the whole process doesn't take more than 30 minutes. Neomi has great customer service, very friendly and eager to help out. You should definitely come here if any emergency needs come up :)

  First for Everything!! Needing a loan can be stressful and unexpected....bc of life situations...But these ladies in here Noemi and Lisa have been so patient with me and all of my questions and informative and made my situation less stressful and put me at ease.   BEWARE: These people are con-artists. I was a customer for years and loved Jimmy. I was 3 weeks late on my loan and the repoed my vehicle. The towing company they use smoked in my vehicle, stole a phone charger and put 26 miles on my car. I have had several loans from different places and I was actually late 7 mos and they never took my vehicle. Also be aware, never give a spare key to them, Naomi refused to give me it back Take my advice and AVOID these people at all cost!! There should be laws against these crooks!!!!!! I had no choice then to give them one star because it was the only way I could port my review.

  You can’t continuously be late on a loan and not think that there will be repercussions. We have worked with you numerous times. Crazy that you think being 7 months late on a loan is acceptable and grounds for comparing how lenient other loan places should be.

  I am not sure if this is a scam or not. I recvd a text from a Brian Johnson claming to work for Quick Cash Loans with a Austin phone number. I called him and he said i was approved for a 7000.00 dollar loan and i would need to go to a western union and pay 50 dollars and then he would put the money in my account. Does this company do business like this? I would like to know so i can turn him in if this is not ligit. I have his name and phone number. Please let me know. Also i have tried to call this location many times and no one answers the phone, makes me wonder .

  Cathie, what number are you trying to call? We have no record of you in our system. That is most definitely a scam and I would report it ASAP. Please do not deposit money or anything. We are located in McKinney, as you can see, not Austin.
