  I am proud to recommend this store of business in my community . I have bought several items from them and l am truly happy with them . When ever l need certain items like Alexa or heater's or air conditioner 's and l need to save some money l shop here and always tell my friends and anyone who needs items . They check all items . The store is clean and the staff is very friendly and professional .They speak to everyone with respect . They give everyone quality time . We all want to save money .   Would not recommend buying anything gas powered. I bought a chainsaw. The guy started it and ran great. Got home, went to start so I could trim up some trees before cutting wood tomorrow, the saw never started again. Guess what I'm out $105.00. just saying be careful.

  They looked me in the eye and tried to offer $40 for a brand new $250 gopro hero 7 black with all of the accessories included, and $20 for a $200 garmin watch brand new... such a disgraceful business that shouldn't be open anymore. Don't waste your time honestly. This place is rated so low for a reason.

  Naturally you the nature of pawn shops. This one is in a rough neighborhood but its pretty safe. It's a little messy as far as neatness but has nice items at ok prices. Staff can be a little more customer friendly but I understand due to the nature of the job.

  Wasn’t very pleasant experience! & I’m 100 % sure their mechanic they use to check to see if gold is real , isn’t legit ! I took a real gold chain in their just to see what what they would say and they said it was fake but it was real Because bought it from an actual jewelry place that’s only sells and specializes in all real gold products .

  WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Not only will they try to scam you out of your purchase but they are a very unfriendly staff. Terrible at explaining their warranty. When purchasing something please make sure you STATE and explain the warranty. Seriously I'm never spending a penny on such a worthless place such as this. Please tell management to go take a business course at Nash I'd gladly pay for it so you can learn how to treat a customer. If you like being treated awful, being scammed, and wasting your time this is the place for you.

  Just wish it had a little more stuff to select from but still a good place to shop. The staff are willing to help you. The only thing I see wrong is not enough inventory on the floor to select from.

  Purchased an electric saw tool from here that was not in working condition upon use, returned an hour later the very same day only to be told they would not accept the return, but would buy it off me for $10 less than the original purchase price.

  Terrible customer service. Constant counter lines, especially around 11a to 2p. We needed 2 tvs, 1 Bluetooth speaker, and a heater but we couldn't even get eye contact! #nevergoingback

  15 bucks for mortal Kombat 11 tried to give me 10 for mini fridge before I was regular till today the staff can b very rude and unprofessional especially general manager I can say maybe two employees out of store do a damn good job
