  We just refinanced the original mortgage we got with Queen City Mortgage several years ago. Jim is very easy to work with and found us a great rate for both loans. He made the process very simple including dropping off and picking up paperwork at home or office. He always kept us in the loop of the process. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them the next time the need arises.

  I refinanced my mortgage with Queen City Mortgage a couple years ago. I was thrilled with the service. Jim went above and beyond to find me the best rate possible, which will save my lots of money in the long run. I also greatly appreciated being kept in the loop. If I was given an estimate that I would hear something back in a week, I would- even it if was to let me know there was no news and we needed to wait longer. Any time I hear of a friend buying a house or refinancing, I always refer them to Queen City Mortgage!
