      5 stars goes to Eli Betancourt, our loan officer. Had a rough time with some underwriting and appraisal procedures and the company made a mistake, which is human. Eli actually showed up to my closing to represent his company and my wife and I for a mistake that was not made by him but someone else at Quaint Oak. That made us extremely comfortable and we look to do business with them in the future and refer our family there because of Eli's outstanding showing of accountability.
