  absolute worst bank i’ve ever had to deal with. have had people open debit cards in my name and make charges and when i contact prosperity to dispute they’ve told me it’s not their problem and i just have to pay the charges. holds on to my pay checks a full day after i’m supposed to receive them. have had tellers make deposits into wrong account. only reason i’ve kept the account open is i have to since i mortgaged through them. STAY AWAY!!!

  I have been banking with prosperity bank for about 7 years now....... I have had multiple problems with the Dayton branch over the years for example them cancelling my account a few years back..... A lot of times they make mistakes when I go to deposit part of a check and get cash back at the same time they will either do it backwards or just not send me the cash back just the deposit receipt . The staff has been rude one lady threatened to make me wait all day in the drive thru. Horrible and unprofessional service at the Dayton branch. The Cleveland branch is always very nice and helpful, they always apologize for the Dayton branch screw up. I think I will be finding me another bank or just not dealing with the Dayton branch anymore.

  I do not do business with banks that lie to you. Withholding information is the same as lying to me. I will never use this bank again. I would advise the same to anyone else.

  I've been banking at this location for over 8 years, and the service has been top notch! The personnel are always friendly and attentive to my needs, and there never seems to be a long wait. Prosperity Dayton is the best!

  Tried to deposit my payroll check today at the Dayton branch, and found that the bank was closed. Sign said they would reopen ASAP! Had to drive to Liberty to do business.

  Been banking here for over 20 yrs can't get much better service with a smile these ladies do a great job and still find time to help in the community❤️❤️❤️

  There is NO better bank than prosperity bank!! Talk about customer service!!!!!
