christine j1This is probably the worse bank I've had to deal with. The service is just awful. Can't get to a human to speak on the phone. they stop playing prompts after 7 minutes and it goes silent. I've been through many banks over the years with being purchased but this one is just awful! Forget Password doesn't work, you have to call to reset your Password. One of many problems with this place. This complaint isn't for the bank at this location. it's for is telephony customer service and online banking for Corporate Prosperity!

Susan Perrier1We had an epic experience at Prosperity's Independence and Spring Creek location this morning. And when I say "epic" it's not in a good way! The surly teller was wearing her face mask UNDER her chin while serving my kids and myself. I made a large cash withdrawal and apparently used up everything they had because when my daughter attempted to withdraw the same amount from her account, she was told she couldn't have cash and must accept a check in place of it. I then went to the back of the line to wait with my son for his turn, whereupon the teller pointed at us and called out across the bank "How much is HE taking out?" and he had to yell back at her the amount. Not exactly a confidential transaction! Meanwhile, I had gone to one of the bank officials in a side office and expressed my concerns about the teller serving my family without a mask on and she said "Oh, that's not good" and did nothing more. So glad that we decided to close our accounts and move on.

abdul farid2The lady at the drive through is terrible she never said hi or hello i don't know if it's only to me or she is made like this. But I don't know her through. Why she always want you to fill a deposit slip if you want to make a deposit to your account i am never asked in any other branch. Bad experience though.

Darrell Lewis5This branch is a really warm and friendly location. I came in to set up an IRA and a health savings account for my daughter and the banker, Rush (I'm not sure if that is how to spell his name) was very knowledgeable and was able to help me even when other locations couldn't. I wish more people were focused on getting the job done like this Rush does! Short of my 401, I'm parking all of my money here from now own!! I would give this branch 6 stars but google will only let me have 5.

Eric B1I been on hold with them for 42 minutes, last time I tried to reach them on phone hinges up after 33 minutes. They do not answer phones. PERIOD!!! Went to the bank they was not busy. Terrible phone help. Seriously
