  Good bank. All the modern banking amenities like a comprehensive app (TouchID could use some work but otherwise...); online banking, etc. with small, hometown banking vibes. I was able to set up everything in under an hour. Edit: I had to revise my rating and review because I remembered something I was told as I was setting up my account... It was about a customer who had the deposit of her employer mistakenly put into her account and she spent it because she claimed she thought it was a stimulus deposit. Apparently there was a big deal about it and ultimately she was told she HAD to repay them because she should have known it wasn’t her money. Well, the way I see it, it’s like in Monopoly with the Community Chest Bank Error in Your Favor card. If the bank makes a mistake, it’s their problem. It certainly would be the customer’s problem if a customer made a mistake. The customer had probably been expecting a large deposit and when one showed up, she assumed it was her money and paid bills, bought Christmas presents etc... Given that these are difficult times for a lot of people and banks have Errors and Omissions insurance policies, I don’t think that situation was handled correctly, especially for a bank coming into a new town. I think this particular customer would disagree about the “hometown banking vibe” part of my review.
