  First Class all the way! I dealt primarily with Brenda and she was on top of everything from the beginning, very efficient, responsive and it was obvious she was trying to get the best loan possible for me, a real pro. I also dealt with Jen and she was great...in fact everyone I dealt with was friendly and prompt in returning calls/e-mails. I would recommend the entire team!

  I had the great opportunity to work for PMS-TVB. Staff is caring, Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, detailed, communicative, accessible, patient and responsive. Committed. Coming in early, working late or weekends as warranted. They process your loan in house vs sending out of town. I don't hesitate recommending PMS-TVB to those asking for a reference. They're the BEST!
