  I've had my time with Professional Finance out of Charlotte, NC. in the past. They repossed my car, after three payments behind. They only wanted me to pay two and they put the third one on the end of my payoff. I did that and got my car back the next day. I never was behind until I lost my job. But, even with that they were willing to assist me while I return to school to receive my Bachelor's degree from WSSU because I had to go part-time on my current job.I had to file bankruptcy to save my assets. When I came out of bankruptcy, my payments still modified at $252 rather than back at $403 per month.I currently still have my car, and its almost paid for!

  Chris was super helpful at helping me send my first deal in and getting me up to speed on law contracts. Will be sending PFS more deals in the future. Great to work with as a dealer and a client.

  Ive had a car with professional for a year and a half never been late on a payment went to trade the car in, the banks responded saying they didnt report to the Credit Bureau one time

  Rude and unprofessional over the phone and they do not follow up as expected.
