Kiara Overholtz1My husband has a warranty through these people. They sold him a warranty that wasn’t even active and had not been sold since July of 2020. My husband bought his car in march of 2021. So you guys do the math. They sold him a warranty that was not even supposed to be sold anymore to pocket the money. As we have been dealing with issues with his car for months now, they always do “he said she said” and make us talk to everyone besides them. BRUCE the manager was the rudest of them all. The warranty was not just inactive but didn’t cover anything in the first place!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO. WORSED Experience EVER. FRAUD!!!! If I could give them no stars I would.

Katelyn Farmer2My boyfriend has a loan through them and they keep changing the monthly payments because he switched insurance companies. They don't give much information about why the change occurred. Go somewhere else for a loan

Kate McMahon5I got my car through PFS, and I can’t complain. Pay the bill, if you can’t, just talk with them! I had some crazy ish happen Ronnie over the course of my loan, and just communicating with them kept me outta trouble. Sadly I didn’t complete the entire loan (a few months out) because the car was totaled, but my experience with this company was great!

Jonathan Hopkins1This is a horrible company. I am warning from personal experience. They operate in manner that shouldn't even be legal. My personal story, they repossessed my car after a little over 30 days late with 6 months payments left on it. Sold it for $3200, the remaining balance with interest was about $2100.00, they filed a lawsuit against me for another $1800 and sent the summons to another state. No notification for any remaining balance was ever sent to any address I had lived in for the last 5 years. In total the took $5000.00 of profit for being just being 30 days past due. This is a warning to others, this companies practices are only legal through technicalities, they are only attempting to exploit people and the more money they can take, the faster they will move to take it.

Bryant Bart5Honestly, one of the best around. Their crew chasity, Dalton, Anthony and some i missed are the most helpful, honest, loyal, and committed people you will ever meet. It's simple, you got it, you pay for it by any means. Of course their gonna be situation's and circumstances along the way, But their there to help any way they can. You wont be disappointed!
