  Almost two weeks ago I sent in a car loan application and 3 of the vehicles I was interested in sold during this time. I have not heard anything from them. I called last week and they said I should here by “today” 7 days later no approval or denial. Loan process said it would talks 24-48 hours. They never said two week or more. Sure hope to hear soon.

  I have been banking with this bank going on five years and they can never help me get a loan they help more white people then they do blacks and I know this for a fact I have lots of white friends that banks here and there credit is horrible and they get a loan with no problem the workers have always had a attitude problem since I've been with them it's sad but I will be switching banks soon and I'm not giving ya'll a star at all it's only to be able to post on here

  Will never make this mistake again, rude employees, painfully hard to make loan payment, it takes me at least an hour to make my payment every month. Website is useless and won't let you make a payment unless you use them for banking and who would use them for banking with the horrible customer service. Worst credit union I've ever dealt with.

  Been banking with them for over ten years and they have never had any issues with me to include missing a payment. However, the one time I decide to deposit a large check almost a week ago and they refuse to release the funds like it's a bad check or something. Now I have to figure out how I am going to pay my deposit tomorrow for my new apartment since the branch manager refused to released the funds until Friday. Thank you for the stress you have put on me as a loyal customer. I will be looking for another bank since they can not help their longtime loyal customers.

  Would not recommend . I had been working with credit union , but looked at a car with a salvaged title and was referred to primer federal . Wow , how crazy is the process . They told me it typically takes 3-4 days to even get a call to speak with someone and then another 3-4 days for the lender to even look at anything . So if they get to you fast enough you are looking at over a week to see if someone has the time to go over your application. They are definitely delayed in the process of getting a car loan , most places do it online and can have it done in a day or two. They are in no rush to help , i now see why they have low ratings .

  No one answers the phone! I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes— it’s like this every time I call. I just have a few easy questions but I can never get ahold of someone. It’s really frustrating.

  do not go to them to do any type of banking they say they have 24 hour banking service and chat available well they dont. you have to go thru hell to talk to someone and then its not even the right department. I will be closing my account when returning to town and going with a different bank too much of a headache and hassle too bad i had to give them one star because they dont even deserve that one.

  I have been a customer for 20+ years and can't even get a call back!!!!!! Went to the forest city branch and discussed a home equity loan. They gave me the number of the lady that does loans. Have left her 6 messages with NO call back. Call forest city branch and left 2 messages with NO call back!!!!! As soon as I find a new bank I'm done with Premier!!!!

  Worst communication skills ever. I have been trying to call them for about 2 weeks now and no one there knows how to answer a phone. My insurance company has tried to call them and it’s been the same mess. I’m not asking for much, answer the phone and let me be on my way.

  Great bank. Have banked here for years always so easy to get a vehicle loan they even Lend on salvage title which no one else around here does
