      I've bank at many huge institutions this bank has to be the worst. Completely unprofessional staff who not only need to be trained better but should not be in this field. This people lie to your face. The say the paper work is for one thing they make you sign a whole different thing. They take advantage of people with disabilities knowing so. Laugh and act like their some type of superior person. Very unsatisfied with this bank. Very happy to have left to BMO Harris Bank then to deal with childish people who run this horrible bank.
