  To start off, their email doesn't work to send (important) documents and messages to both buyers. They don't try alternate methods/emails to fix it. They don't answer their phones or return voicemails. 100% terrible communication. I would never recommend this facility for anything to anyone. If you look through their reviews, the workers post 5 star reviews... If that's not a good hint in it's own, I don't know what is. I wish they weren't suggested by my realtor.

  I would not recommend. Lack in communication to their client, realtors, or title company. No urgency to close. Their fees were double what other lender fees were. We decided to use another mortgage lender a week before closing because they would not work with us on their fees, lack in communication, and misinformation given throughout the 3 weeks we worked with them. Our new mortgage lender was able to close our loan in 2 weeks with all information that had been provided to Preferred Mortgage and we saved about $5000 out of our pocket with the switch.

  Ashley we are sorry you felt that way. When we the lender are not provided all of the facts about a property until the appraisal comes back there are guidelines we have to follow for each type of property. We count on the Realtors to inform us if it's a unique property and in this case that information was not provided. We are glad you were able to find someone to close. Blessings.

  The individual I worked with during the process of getting a mortgage was outstanding. Not only was he very informative of the types of mortgages that are offered but he was also very quick with getting back to me. I would recommend this company to anyone of my friends that are in the market for a new home.

  Horrible place been calling everyday multiple times daily left messages no answer or call back there the lending company for the buyer of my home im selling and keeping delaying the closing for Almost 2months now first they were saying there was issues on byer side now for 2weeks there saying no issues but won't give a clear to close an the only reason iknow this is because an email sent to title company because like I said they won't answer the phone or call anyone back I mean i jist called several times In a row and finally someone answered but didn't say anything it was like they just set the phone down an now its just a busy signal like they left it off the hook horrible place of business

  Mr Spiker we have no messages from you. I am thinking you have the wrong information. Also if you are a seller we are not allowed by law to disclose our clients information. That is covered under several different lending laws so even if we had spoke to you which we have not there would be no information released to you because we are a very legitimate mortgage company that will always abide by the laws set forth.
