  The mortgage debt is incompetent. Send my application and tried to get information on process . Got no answer for 2 weeks and send email to mortgage department and couldn't find my application. Sent email to customer service and finally got email from the mortgage department telling me it would be over 2 months before she could even look at it or long . Pulled my application and will be going somewhere better

  I just happen to read the two bad reviews of Prairie State, and thought I would respond because my experience was so different. About two years ago we got a mortgage Loan and nothing could have gone better. From my first contact until the process was complete, the mortgage dept was courteous and efficient at every turn.

  Terrible customer service from the mortgage department!!! I contacted numerous times asking a couple simple questions. Finally, after pleading for a response I received an email that started oout by saying "what do you want from me?". I was furious and have never felt so disrespected in my life! Not sure how this individual still has her job??

  Terrible customer service from the mortgage department! They will tell you that they will call you back later that day and three days later you will call them back out of sheer frustration! We bought one house through them and tried to sell one. We almost lost our minds getting approved through them and our buyers eventually gave up and went with another mortgage company thus pushing everything back a couple of weeks. Do yourself a favor and CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

  Your employees just had a BBQ get together at Fletcher Park. More than 10 of your "professional" employees and/or their families accelerated rapidly to either squeal their tires on the street or throw gravel & kick up dust near the old school house. My family and the others present in the park probably won't be giving you any business anytime soon.
