I am a brand new customer. Being new to the area, I discovered that PVB came very highly recommended but the locals when i asked around. There was one employee that went above and beyond for me. She made time to help me set up an account over the phone. She, then, made it simple for me to come up to the bank sign my paperwork in the drive-threw. There has been so much going on with covid19, so setting up a new life in town has been a challenge. I am still new, but so far I have been impressed.
