  Stephanie at popular finance is very rude and has no customer service skills and lacks professionalism. We called to inquire about a loan and decided to take our business elsewhere due to being hung up on and yelled at because she was ready to close, I do not recommend this place at all.

  Roberta and her staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This has been my best experience with a loan company. Most loan companies aren’t friendly and can be rude and aggressive especially if you’re running a little late but not here. As long as you communicate with them, they’re very understanding. I would highly recommend them!

  Employees are rude and lack professionalism. Probably uneducated. Other loan services don't treat you with disrespect. Go anywhere else but there for your loans.

  Went in to get a loan and the staff helped me out tremendously! They were all very nice and very informative on how to help build my credit. I will definitely be recommending people to come here. Thank you all again for helping me!

  Today was the first time I have been late in over three four years with them and bam 10.00 dollar late fee . I have been loyal with my and my wife's payment and with all that's going on with the corvid 19 stay at home order you think they would waive the late fee. Time to payoff and never go back and don't think I'm referring anyone.
